Weekend Wear

I started to panic this weekend when the weather dropped because I still haven't brought my fall clothing out of storage. Suddenly it was too cold to wear shorts and I found myself digging through my closet for something warm enough to wear outside. Normally I don't like to wear my new fall purchases until October, it may sound weird but I tend to delay gratification until everyone else has already worn all their new fall clothes (despite it still being warm out) and suddenly I have a brand new wardrobe to display come October when the weather really begins to change. Yet this week I was desperate for something warm to wear so I went through a couple shopping bags and put together this laid back weekend wear!

sweatshirt // bag (old-- similar here)

I bought this green elbow-patch sweatshirt a couple months ago and it's been sitting in my closet with the tags on until this weekend. The suede patches add a dressier feel to the typical sweatshirt and I'm obsessed with the hunter green color. This leather clutch I bought at J Crew last year and was obsessed with it. It's made with some of the softest leather I have ever felt and it's just the right size to hold my wallet and a pair of sunnies. 

Jeans // Ralph Lauren flats (old) 

I was a little excited to pull out the boyfriend jeans I got at the Gap a few weeks back. Normally I tend to gravitate towards leggings when I'm out running errands but these jeans are honestly so comfortable that they may become my new go-to pant.
