Lady in Lilac

We're almost there guys, the weekend is so close I can almost taste it! The best thing I ever did was sign up to get every other Friday off from my office, it's been my savor during particularly long weeks that drag on.

Last night I went and saw Birdman with my friend Meg. We're hoping to see as many as the Oscar nominated films as possible before they air on February 22nd. Next on my radar is hopefully Selma, Boyhood or Grand Budapest Hotel, did any of you see these films?! Anyways, after this long cold week I decided it was time to pull out the bright colors again. Lilac is my favorite flower of all time, mainly because it has such an amazing scent so I decided that this lilac sweater was my plea to Mother Nature to cut it out with all the snow and start preparing for spring when I can see some lilacs bloom.
