Weekend Recap and Thought of the Day

This has never been so true, my weekend of shopping can vouch for it!

I have returned from my weekend at Woodbury Commons with my mom and I came home with a lot more than I left with. Woodbury was amazing, they had so many of my favorite stores with even more awesome deals. I am excited to share with you some of my purchases. It was also really fun to spend some quality girl time with my mom, she is by far my favorite person to shop with because she has a great sense of style and always gives me good advice. 

      J Crew Factory literally knocked it out of the park with their new winter arrivals. Everything in their store was on sale and if you used your J Crew card you got an additional 25% off your purchase (plus I used my student discount and got another 15%) so basically I felt like I robbed J Crew/died and went to heaven. My favorite purchase has to be this amazing cobalt blue wool coat, I have a long North Face winter coat but I didn't have a nice more grown up coat so I was happy when I found this one. 

       It wouldn't be an outlet trip without a stop at Kate Spade, everything in the store was 40% off so I scooped up some jewelry. I really wanted this beautiful glitter clutch but I decided to hold off a little. I also scooped up 3 pairs of flats. The suede Cece flats at J Crew are my favorite and they were only $34 so I bought two pairs and I also found a great pair of calf hair leopard flats at Ralph Lauren that matched the belt I bought. Some of the items will be "birthday gifts" since my birthday is in two weeks but I am super excited to add these pieces into my fall/winter wardrobe!
