Happy Tasty Tuesday!
This is another great crock pot recipe for those cold winter nights. Again, I can't stress enough how awesome the crock pot is, you throw in all the ingredients and let it sit for a couple hours and then you have a delicious meal with plenty of leftovers for later in the week!
Ingredients:- 1 package of beef for stewing (thats literally what it's called at the supermarket... it looks like beef tips in packaging... ask your butcher to grab some fresh for you)
- 1 package of baby carrots
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can of green beans
- 2 cans of potatoes or you can buy a baked potato and cut it into cubes
- 1 can of beef gravy
- 1 cup of water
Threw all the ingredients into the crock pot |
Directions:
- Put all the ingredients into the crock pot
- Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low
- Enjoy
*Fresh bread is the best addition to the stew, who doesn't like to dip it in the juice?!*
Yum, I love beed stew and this looks so easy!
